Your data privacy is our foundation. As an AI services agency handling sensitive enterprise information, we maintain strict data governance across every engagement.
All client data processed during engagements is treated as strictly confidential. We implement data isolation per client, ensuring proprietary information never cross contaminates across projects. In hybrid deployment mode, your data remains on your infrastructure, we only process what is necessary to execute the workflow.
We collect only the minimum data required to deliver our services: project specifications, workflow configurations, and operational metadata. We never train on client data, never share proprietary information, and never use your data for model improvement unless explicitly contracted.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES 256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We enforce role based access control, audit logging, and approval gates for every data operation. Our infrastructure follows SOC 2 aligned practices with continuous monitoring.
Client data is retained only for the duration of the engagement plus a 30 day wind down period. Upon project completion, all client data is securely purged from our systems. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
