Engagement Scope
Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines deliverables, timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Custom software solutions are built to the specifications agreed in the SOW, not off the shelf products.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, architectures, workflows, and deliverables developed specifically for your engagement are your intellectual property. We retain the right to use generalized methodologies and frameworks that do not contain your proprietary data.
Confidentiality & Non Disclosure
We sign NDAs for all engagements. Client business logic, proprietary data, system architecture, and trade secrets are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Acceptable Use
Our services must not be used for illegal activities, bypassing security measures, or mass scraping. Clients maintain responsibility for how deployed systems are used in their operations.
Account Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary systems and stakeholders. We are responsible for delivering agreed upon milestones within the stated timeline, with transparent communication on any changes.
