This legacy demo showcases a complete two-way conversational automation designed for local businesses, cloud kitchens, and mid-sized restaurant chains. Customers text their orders naturally via WhatsApp or Telegram. An n8n workflow engine catches the messages via webhook, an LLM processes the natural language to determine intent (menu inquiry, order placement, delivery status), and Google Sheets acts as a lightweight backend — reading menu/pricing data and writing confirmed orders.

1. Customer Interface: WhatsApp and Telegram channels where customers text their orders naturally. 2. Orchestrator (Middleware): n8n workflow engine catches incoming messages via webhooks. 3. The Brain (AI Agent): LLM API processes natural language to determine user intent — menu inquiry, order placement, or delivery status check. 4.
